Traveling Superintendent

Location is flexible. Must be willing to travel.

Position Overview:

You will be using your construction experience and passion for building to exceed client's expectations on projects.

This employee will be overseeing the operations of the overall construction process. Traveling is required to supervise the project site, contractors, sub-contractors, assistants, and assist any other project on-site needs or duties.

What Will Make You Successful?

• 5+ years experience in construction with a general contractor
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel
• Must be  able to work independently in fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and effective time management
• Experience with reading blue prints
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• Must have a clean driving record; no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents
