We can assist with architectural drawings with less revisions that would create extra costs. Each project is assigned its own project manager and site supervisor. Our team commits to partnering with you by providing quality control and weekly updates to ensure that all aspects of the renovation are successfully completed. 

We manage coordination and scheduling of vendor orders and subcontractors, and we work simultaneously with your property management. We also handle safety management for each job. At Hernandez, safety is our number one priority, and all of our site supervisors are OSHA-30 trained and certified.

We pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality with every project completed. We assist in as-built drawings, permits, and certificates of occupancy. During the post construction phase, we also review all warranties and provide you with product indexes. We guide our clients through a close out package and answer any questions you may have on the process.
